The Global Symposium on Health Systems Research is organised every two years by Health Systems Global to bring together the full range of players -policy-makers, practitioners and researchers- from more than 100 countries to explore how we can build health systems that improve people’s health and are socially just.
The Global Symposium is organised by Health Systems Global and co-sponsor by Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research, WHO, Mohammed Bin Rashid School fo Government, American University of Beirut, and Knowledge to Policy Center.
The Sixth Global Symposium on Health Systems Research (HSR2020) will explore how technological, data and social innovations can address public health and engage the political, social, and environmental forces that perpetuate health inequities and social injustices, and how health systems research can support essential transformations in health systems.
The sharing of various point of views and innovative ideas focused on strengthening health systems and engaging in dialogue with a diverse community, ranging from high-level policy-makers, researchers and donors to practitioners and advocates on the ground.
